When people mention the magic lamp, genie and magic carpets, the first thing that comes to our mind is "Aladdin". Disney released "Aladdin" animation in 1992, people love it after it was aired. In recent years, Disney used many classic animations to become to the life-action version of the film. It is make old fans to reminisce about childhood, also to attract new audiences into this magic park, so the film will not lose the original taste of the animation, but also with the creative. The director of this movie is Guy Ritchie, he finds Will Smith, Naomi Scott and Mena Massoud to be the main character.

The plot of this movie tells about the ancient country of Akraba in the desert has a mysterious legend, if you find the magic lamp and the genie, that will grant you three wishes. Aladdin is the poor boy who lives in the street, he can steal things very well, he falls in love with the brave and independent Princess Jasmine. He asks the genie to help him become the young prince that worthy of the princess, but Jia Fang, the evil wizard in the palace begins to to plan to take over the throne. Guy Ritchie use opera to present this movie, he use the song "Friend like me" to let genie introduce himself, "Prince Ali" to show Aladdin become the prince. Also let princess sing "speechless", and the theme song "the whole new world", these two song make me have deep impression.

Although the plot of the live-action version "Aladdin" is not much change from the "Aladdin" original animation, but the genie "Will Smith" is makes people surprise, naughty, gossip, care every different emotions he can make it super vivid, and the part he falls in love with Julia is also very cute. From the animated version shows Princess Jasmine escaped from the palace, hoping she can decide the man she wants to marry, leading to the film "yearning for freedom, seeking change, breaking the limits" of the core theme, and the real version not only continues the spirit of the original, also jump out of the framework that "women must find a man", she become the princess because of the unexpected death of her mother and she was imprisoned by her father in the palace. Until many years later she found that the people's lives in her country are difficult, she wanted to become the throne to help people, extended to inherit the throne of the candidate regardless of gender, capable women can still assume the responsibility of governance of the country.

In conclusion, I think this live-action version is better than the animation of the Aladdin. Also the director use many popular songs to make this movie become more wonderful. The only negative point is that princess Jasmine and the Genie are too perfect, that makes people think that Aladdin is not the main protagonist.
